All these sessions provide the opportunity for children and their mum / dad / carer to experience a range of carefully planned activities, learn together, meet other families, and have FUN! All sessions are delivered by an experienced, skilled and trained staff member.

Baby Massage
Baby Massage is a great way for you to spend time with your baby and it can also help to support the attachment between you and baby. Before babies understand language we often communicate and comfort baby through touch. Baby massage is part of this natural impulse.
Prior to joining a Baby Massage group, baby must have had their six-week check.
We offer regular Baby Massage groups led by a qualified therapist.
Stay & Play: SEND Session
SEND Stay and Play sessions are now running at the Sunshine Centre on Mondays from 1pm to 2pm.
No diagnosis needed. Booking required.
Registers open from 9am on Tuesdays for the following week and close at 12pm on Mondays before each session.

Sensory Baby
These sessions provide ideas for creative play, tummy time, visual development, textures, scents and music in simple practical ways that can easily be repeated at home. We sing songs and rhymes to develop baby’s communication skills. Most of all the sessions are fun and provide opportunity to meet others.
Stay and Play
Come and have fun with your under 5’s explore activities together and meet othr parents from the local community.

Soft Play with Stories and Rhymes
Join us on Tuesday mornings for a soft play session followed by a story and singing.
For 1 and 2 year olds and their carers.
A great social opportunity with the added bonus of an activity to help support your child’s speech and language skills.

Cooking with Lucy
A six week course you can do at home.
You will pick up a bag of ingredients from The Sunshine Centre.
Open the link we send you to Lucy’s video demonstration.
Make recipes then meet with the group to give feedback.
Booking is essential.
Nature Play
A weekly session outdoors for children and their parent/carers. Discover nature, build a bug hotel and much more with you child whilst having fun and making friends.
The 6 week course will be run by Muddy Feet a local Forest School organisation.
