The Sunshine Centre seeks to support the whole community and asked our over 50's what we could offer them.  They overwhelmingly asked for a regular Bingo session.  We now hold a prize Bingo on the last Thursday of every month at 2pm.  It is lots of fun and it raises money to help the vulnerable in the community.  Booking is required.

We are pleased that Citizens Advice will be coming to The Sunshine Centre every Monday and Wednesday from 10am - 12noon, from 7th February.  You do not have to book, just drop in.            

The Sunshine Centre would like to wish every one a very Happy Christmas and a peaceful New Year.  We will look forward to seeing everyone when we reopen on 4th January 2022.

Thank you to everyone who attended our Winter Wishes event on 21st December.  Everyone enjoyed the socially distanced activities and lots of fun was had by all.   A special thank you goes to Santa who kindly visited us for 3 hours, listened and chatted to the children, and gave out gifts to take home.  Another exciting visitor was Heather from Muddy Feet, who came along with her fire pit to toast marshmallows with the children [...]

A big thank you North Aston Parochial Church Council for the donation of £300 for the work of The Sunshine Centre.

We would like to say a big Thank you to the volunteers who knitted the wonderful festive friends to add to The Sunshine Centre hampers which were donated and delivered by a group of amazing local volunteers.  

Thank you so much to the Rotary Club of Banbury who presented us with a cheque for £400 as a donation from the 2021 Christmas parcels/vouchers appeal.  

  The Sunshine Centre would like to say a big thank you to Dunelm Banbury and their customers for the amazing Christmas packages given to local families for their children.

We felt privileged to be invited by the management of Castle Quay Shopping Centre to switch on their Christmas lights on Sunday 28th December. To add to our excitement we were also presented with a cheque for £599.37 towards the work of the centre. Thank you Castle Quay for your kindness and support.
